<p>500 gr de saumon frais<br />
4 pains à burger<br />
Un œuf<br />
1/2 poivron<br />
1 oignon rouge<br />
1/2 citron<br />
2 càs de sauce soja<br />
1 càc de gingembre en poudre<br />
Chapelure<br />
Aneth<br />
2 avocats bien mûrs<br />
Épices à guacamole<br />
2 tomates<br />
quelques feuilles de salade<br />
Fromage frais (style St Moret)</p>

<p>Hacher le saumon en laissant des morceaux, le mettre dans un saladier<br />
Incorporer l’œuf, l&rsquo;oignon ciselé, le poivron coupé en petits dés, l&rsquo;aneth, le gingembre, la sauce soja et le zeste du citron râpé. (conserver le jus pour le guacamole)</p>
<p>Diviser la préparation en quatre et former des steaks, puis les recouvrir de chapelure.<br />
Faire cuire les steaks de saumon à la poêle avec un filet d&rsquo;huile, 2 à 3 mn par face.</p>
<p>Pendant ce temps couper les avocats en 2, ôter la peau et les noyaux.<br />
Le couper en morceaux et l&rsquo;écraser à l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette.<br />
Assaisonner avec les épices, le jus de citron et un peu de sel, mélanger et réserver.</p>
<p>Faire toaster les petits pains coupés en deux, les tartiner avec un peu de fromage frais, puis recouvrir le fond avec du guacamole et ajouter 2 rondelles de tomates.<br />
Déposer le steak de saumon dessus, ajouter quelques feuilles de salade et enfin le dessus du petit pain.<br />
Servir de suite, accompagné d&rsquo;une salade ou de frites de patates douces.</p>
