<p>14 Carambars au caramel<br />
1 càs de sucre<br />
2 feuilles de gélatine<br />
40 cl de crème fleurette<br />
2 càs de lait</p>
<p>sauce caramel au beurre salé (facultatif)</p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 20pt;"><span style="color: #ff866a;"><span style="font-family: amatic sc,geneva,sans-serif;">PREPARATION</span></span> </span></h3>
<p>Faire ramollir la gélatine dans un petit bol d&rsquo;eau froide quelques minutes.</p>
<p>Dans une casserole verser la crème fleurette.<br />
Puis ajouter les carambars, le sucre et le lait.<br />
Faire chauffer à feu doux en remuant jusqu&rsquo;à ce que les carambars soient complètement fondus.</p>
<p>Incorporer alors les feuilles de gélatine essorées et mélanger à nouveau.</p>
<p>Verser la préparation dans des petites verrines.<br />
Et placer au moins 3 heures au frais avant de servir.<br />
Quand la panna cotta est bien prise on peut ajouter par-dessus un peu de sauce caramel au beurre salé (facultatif)</p>

<p>« J&rsquo;aime beaucoup préparer des panna cotta, c&rsquo;est une dessert simple et vite préparé que l&rsquo;on peut parfumer selon ces envies et dont je ne me lasse pas. Ces panna cotta aux carambars sont hyper gourmandes mais ne sont pas trop sucrées. Pour une présentation un peu plus raffinées vous pouvez préparer des tuiles de carambars (en mettant des carambars sur une plaque et les faisant fondre au four th 180° jusqu&rsquo;à ce qu&rsquo;ils se transforment en tuiles) que vous poserez sur chaque panna cotta. Un petit dessert tout simple facile à préparer qui fera le bonheur de tous les amateurs de caramel. A suivre &#8230; »</p>
